As much as I love makeup, herbal shampoo is my new thing. I normally use the pro-v stuff but my friend Gail says, “That’s no good for your hair!!!! Girly, you need to use something better!” So… I let her show me the way and asked for suggestions. That’s the story (minus a lot of boring details) of how I got hooked on herbal shampoo. I still like my pro-v… maybe I’ll go back and forth; switch it up a little.

I had a panty hose mishap today. Really, who has to wear them? Don’t know why I live in New England… shorts dont exist in cold weather, unless you want to wear tights. YUCK.
I don’t like cold weather because:
a) my makeup looks bad
b) no short skirts or cute tank tops
c) eyeliner freezes.
Ugly Boots and Bad Lipstick November 8, 2006
My sister got fugly boots today. I wanted to kill her. Wouldn;t she want to spend her money on something a bit more useful? Let’s say….makeup? Powder? Blush? Lipgloss? Anything but boots! Not to mention, she had TERRIBLE lipstick on today. When you are white as a ghost, please don’t wear deep red lipstick. Thanks. Only certain ppl can pull it off.
Facial November 1, 2006
It is pretty sad that I am terrified to walk out the door makeupless. My mom bought me a facial for my bday, but it requires that I go in bare —- nude of all cosmetics. Of course this is reasonable and should be true, but I’m not yet at that step yet. Better yet, my crush will be on the bus with me when I go to this facial. How can he see me like this?! Should I wear full makeup and then de-apply once I get there? I’m so stupid.

I purchased Jane Iredale Cosmetics. A tad expensive, but let me say they are INCREDIBLE and well worth it. 🙂 I have the mineral dry powder with the BEAUTIFUL brush and I am blown away with how cool it looks on my face. I’m looking for a cosmetic line that includes mineral makeup. I don’t want the $90.00 kind… just an affordable version that will give me the same coverage. I want it in powder form.. so it’ll even out my oily skin. If any of you have any ideas on where I should look, please let me know.
